REFUND & SATISFACTION POLICY
Neustiq Commercial Cleaning

At Neustiq Commercial Cleaning, we are committed to delivering high-quality, professional cleaning services. Your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the nature of cleaning services, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been performed.
1. NO REFUNDS FOR COMPLETED SERVICES
All cleaning services are considered fully earned once performed.
Because cleaning is a labor-based service that cannot be returned or reversed, we do not issue refunds for:

Completed recurring services

One-time cleanings
-
Deep cleaning services
-
Specialty or add-on services
2. QUALITY CONCERNS – OUR SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If you believe something was missed or not completed according to the agreed scope of work:

You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

We will review the concern.

If validated, we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.
This is a re-service guarantee — not a refund policy.
We reserve the right to determine whether the issue falls within the agreed scope of services.
3. CONDITIONS FOR RE-SERVICE
To qualify for a corrective visit:

The issue must relate to the original agreed scope of work.

The area must not have been altered, re-cleaned, or disturbed after our service.

Access must be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
Concerns reported beyond 24 hours may not qualify for a corrective visit.
4. SERVICES OUTSIDE SCOPE
Requests for additional cleaning tasks not included in the original agreement are considered new services and may incur additional charges.
Examples:

Additional areas not originally quoted

Heavy buildup beyond normal maintenance cleaning

Post-construction debris not disclosed
-
Biohazard or hazardous materials
5. CANCELLATIONS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS
If a scheduled service cannot be completed due to:

No access to the property
-
Locked doors
-
Alarm restrictions
-
Utilities unavailable
The visit may still be billable.
Cancellation terms for recurring services are governed by your Service Agreement (45-day written notice required).
6. PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you have a billing concern, contact us immediately at:

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve a concern may result in service termination and collections procedures.
