TERMS OF SERVICE

Neustiq Commercial Cleaning

OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Neustiq Commercial Cleaning (“Neustiq,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Neustiq Commercial Cleaning.

Neustiq offers this website, including all information, tools, booking features, quote requests, and services available from this site to you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”), conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site, requesting a quote, booking services, or entering into a Service Agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use our Services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.

SECTION 1 – SERVICES

Neustiq provides professional commercial and residential cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • Office cleaning

  • Restroom sanitation

  • Breakroom/kitchenette cleaning

  • Disinfection of high-touch areas

  • Deep cleaning services (upon request)

  • Specialty or add-on services (upon request)

All services are governed by a written quote and/or Service Agreement outlining scope, pricing, and frequency.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion.

SECTION 2 – SERVICE AGREEMENTS & SCOPE

All recurring services require a written Service Agreement.

Scope of services includes only those tasks explicitly outlined in the approved quote or agreement. Any additional work outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges.

If the square footage, condition of the property, or service frequency materially changes, Neustiq reserves the right to adjust pricing accordingly.

SECTION 3 – PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • Services are invoiced every four (4) weeks unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment terms are Net 15 (payment due within fifteen days of invoice date).

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

  • Prices are subject to change with written notice.

Neustiq reserves the right to discontinue services for non-payment.

SECTION 4 – CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

Recurring service agreements require a 45-day written notice for cancellation by either party.

Neustiq may terminate services immediately in cases of:

  • Non-payment

  • Unsafe working conditions

  • Harassment or misconduct

  • Breach of contract

Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

SECTION 5 – CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

  • Provide reasonable access to the facility at scheduled service times

  • Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available

  • Secure or remove sensitive items before service

  • Provide agreed-upon supplies (if specified in contract), such as trash liners, toilet bowl cleaner, or air fresheners

Neustiq is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or improper installation of fixtures.

SECTION 6 – PROPERTY ACCESS & SECURITY

Clients are responsible for providing access (keys, alarm codes, or entry instructions).

Neustiq agrees to use access credentials solely for contracted services.

We are not liable for security issues resulting from faulty locks, alarm failures, or third-party interference.

SECTION 7 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Neustiq is insured and exercises reasonable care in performing services.

However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improperly secured items

  • Loss of cash, jewelry, or unsecured valuables

In no event shall Neustiq’s liability exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL SERVICES

Deep cleaning, specialty services, emergency cleanings, or add-ons must be agreed to in writing and may incur additional charges.

SECTION 9 – WEBSITE USE

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Attempt to interfere with website security

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission

We reserve the right to terminate website access for misuse.

SECTION 10 – THIRD-PARTY TOOLS & LINKS

Our website may include links to third-party platforms (such as scheduling or payment processors). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or security practices.

SECTION 11 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal information through quote forms or booking tools is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 12 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to events beyond our control, including weather, facility access issues, or emergencies.

SECTION 13 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Neustiq harmless from claims arising from:

  • Unsafe working environments

  • Failure to disclose hazardous conditions

  • Breach of these Terms

SECTION 14 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

SECTION 15 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 16 – SMS TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

By providing your mobile phone number and expressly consenting to receive SMS communications from Neustiq Commercial Cleaning, you agree to receive text messages related to:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Service updates
• Account and invoice notifications
• Customer support communications
• Promotional offers (only if separately opted in)

Message frequency varies depending on service activity and customer interaction, typically 1–4 messages per month.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying:

STOP – to unsubscribe
HELP – for assistance

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages unless you provide new consent.
